I moved to Austin in 1997 and earned my real estate license promptly after that in 1998, and have been helping clients buy and sell homes ever since! In my 25 years plus of being a Realtor, I have helped hundreds of clients sell their home, find the home of their dreams, or buy investment properties to include in their portfolio. I pride myself on being professional, friendly, detail oriented, and skilled at helping buyers and sellers negotiate through sticking points.

I especially love being a buyer's agent, and I take pride in helping clients secure properties even in multiple offer situations. I joined forces with Cheryl Crawford at Crawford Realty, where we offered flat fee listing services to provide a service to clients at a fair price that would allow them to keep more of their profits in their own wallets! Additionally, recognizing the evolving needs of sophisticated buyers, we initiated buyer's rebates, providing a mutually beneficial arrangement where buyers could benefit from our rebate system.

In 2022, I achieved a significant milestone by obtaining my broker's license and founding Janway Realty.
