In a typical real estate listing, agents will collect 6% of the final sales price for their commission, which typically includes 3% going to the listing agent and 3% to the buyer’s agent. Janway Realty's flat fee listing options provide sellers the opportunity to choose the best option to fit their needs. The best part is we are local and can provide top-quality representation, while saving sellers huge amounts of money.  

OPTION 1: $500 up front and $3000 at closing for Janway Realty for the listing fee. Seller's often choose to offer a buyer's agent commission to attract the most buyers  (this amount is up to the seller but typically ranges from 2.5-3%). If the seller finds their own buyer, they would not need to pay buyer’s agent.

Seller's often choose to offer a buyer's agent commission to attract the most buyers  (this amount is up to the seller but typically ranges from 2.5-3%). If the seller finds their own buyer, they would not need to pay buyer’s agent.
